Buy Box Mystery
Hello,
Bit of a strange one where we have a listing with multiple variations.
The listings been up for about a 3 months and today on some of the variations we are not in the buy box even though we are the brand owners and have created the listing.
Total variations are 25.
Affected variations with no buy box are 12. The other 13 are fine with no issues.
Here is one of the affected ASINs: B09B6BSVSR
After drilling down into the affected ASINs, it shows we are buy box eligible but its not showing.
Could it be Amazon’s systems have messed up the categories again which has happened in the past where 1 of our listings categories got changed from Home & Kitchen to Electronics.
Just checking if anyone has had experience with this and how you solved it.

Usually it’s where Amazon deem your price too high
Do you sell this cheaper anywhere else , or when you first listed it was it with a lower price ?

When I type the above ASIN into the search field lots of beds appear and not the specific ASIN.

Facing same iasue, we have 71 variations, FBA and FBM, ALL THE FBA offers have buy box, but Fbm is not getting buybox and its been 2month

That just means it’s eligible, nothing to do if you will win it or not. As you know, there are a ton of reasons why you don’t get the buy box. Price being one of the main ones.
Amazon do sweep other sites for prices. You should look at ALL your metrics, prices, delivery rate, feedback, late shipments, shipping offered, inventory qty etc etc. All have an effect.
