Verified does not mean verified it appears
This disbursement frozen issue many of us are facing myself included. It appears the verified emails many of us had saying account now verified and disbursements released at next cycle Im afraid is not quite true even after we have sent in all the documents that we have done
I had a chat with Amazon today and they said that this email simply relates to the ID part being verified from the documents we kindly provided a million samples of and you then get the email saying verified only relating to the ID part
The reason disbursements are still blocked for many of us is that a separate KYC team are verifying the tax and VAT element and I'm afraid there is no way to track where we are with this or if we are even verified for the "established in the UK"
So literally no idea if I am " FULLY " verified but I am for ID only.
Dunno what other stories people are getting told when calling. Kindly share if you are getting told other "unique " stories.

I finally got my account verified this week after going back and forth form November 2023. The process is shocking the same documents provided as previous years repeatedly rejected for no reason. The process is nothing short of a joke and customer support was useless generic emails each time saying they cannot contact the verification team. Help my balance for nearly 4 months.
