We are facing an issue with Amazon Brand Registry account. The brand owner originally registered the product, but another company also registered it and was acting as the administrator. They transferred the administrator role back to the brand owner’s account. However, the brand owner no longer has access to the phone number for OTP verification.
What steps can we take to regain access to our Brand Registry account or can they create a new account to regain access?
