You do not have permission to change your subscription status
I want to change my selling plan from Individual to Profesional. But when i try to do this i get this
You do not have permission to change your subscription status.
I have already contacted amazon seller support, and they told to send screen shot. I did this, and now again they give me the steps how to upgrade.
I already know the steps but my problem is i get that i don’t have permision. Anyone with the same problem ?

Do you have more than one user authorised to manage the account and is the account you are using a subordinate one with lower privileges?
Additionally - is your shop currently suspended? That might affect your ability to make changes and you might need to ask SS to make the change for you.

“User permissions” are only available to Professional sellers. If you are getting this error as an Individual Seller, it could indicate that your credit card on file is invalid.
