been struggling with this for 5 months now, Account was deactivated for "verification" purposes and require utility bill from before date of deactivation problem is it was a dormant business from before deactivation so a utility bill is impossible to provide, i have provided everything possible in terms of verification for the business but each time shut down and amazon keeps stressing utility bill, have emailed managing director several times but to no avail and amazon customer support over the phone have been no help either when they are aware what they are asking from me is impossible to provide
The utility bill they usually require is for your home address, as part of your personal ID verification, and not your business address (unless you work from home, of course).
