ASIN B0DFMQ1NJL Removed – No Appeal Available – Brand Owner Seeking Help

Hello,

We are the brand owner of a mobility and healthcare product that has been selling well for several months. One of our key listings — ASIN B0DFMQ1NJL (a Folding Walking Frame) — was suddenly removed from sale with the following message:

“We are not accepting applications to sell: Other B0DFMQ1NJL in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s).”

There is no option to appeal, submit documentation, or request approval.

Seller Support has confirmed they cannot escalate the case and do not have visibility into the reason.

We are extremely concerned as we only sell new, branded, genuine products, and we’re the brand owner. There were no warnings or compliance requests before removal.

We respectfully request:

-Confirmation of whether this is a permanent restriction or a system error

-Guidance on how to appeal or reinstate the ASIN

-Help from Amazon moderators or category managers to investigate

This is a serious issue that may impact our entire healthcare/mobility range if unresolved.

Any advice or support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
