I would like downgrade my account to individual

I would like use individual account but system force use Professional account and I charged $39.99

Can you check and refund this money for me ? I don't want use Professional Account. I just start business on system Amazon and use Individual account for experiment business.

When are you refund this money for me ?

First, make sure you have gone into your setting and downgraded your account there.

Next you open a case with Seller "Support" and ask for a refund. If you have used any "tools" you will not receive a refund (this does include making product listings). If you have not used the account at all, you MAY receive a refund. If you do, it will likely show up in your next payment cycle, not immediately.

Good luck. If you are new, I suggest studying the Amazon Seller University videos and reading here in the forum for a couple of weeks to see what/how things work and the many issues that can come up for sellers.
