Hi. I am looking for any suggestions on how to sort an issue with one off our very successful Christmas Chocolate Advent Calendars. As we are the registered brand and Trademark owners we added the product to Amazon. We are in full control of the listing details. 3 other Sellers sell this Advent Calendar on Amazon. We sell several of our other chocolate products from the registered brand owners account, but they won't let us sell this one even though we added the listing. If we try to add our Advent Calendar we get the following message:

• You are not approved to list this product.
• Collectable, Refurbished conditions: This product has other listing limitations.

There is no further explanation of what "This product has other listing limitations." means. Customer Services cannot explain what the problem is and eventually just give up and say Amazon can do whatever they want - just wait, maybe you will be able to list it later (I've been trying for 2 months). I suspect that CS have no idea what the problem is and just use this type of response as a general catch-all for "we have no idea what the issue is, but we're not gong to admit that".

Does anyone have any suggestions or novel approaches that I can try out? There must be a way to work around this nonsense and sell our own product using our own ASIN.

We made a listing for one of our products. It took some time to get the brand registered and approved by Brand Registry. We sell the product on behalf of the brand owner. We asked Amazon to update the listings with the new brand. As I assune you already know, this is not possible. Now we are planning to take down the old listing, and make a new with the correct brand. We will follow up and withdraw our stock from FBA, and then send them in again related to the new listing and the new ASIN.

Our question is this:

We sent the products to FBA with the original EAN on them. We are withdrawing the products now, and will send them in for the new Listing/ASIN on the approved brand. Do we need to change the EAN? Or can we keep it? The EAN is already registered on the EU trademark..

Hi there, I would greatly appreciate your help. We own two Amazon brands under separate accounts, each with its own business information. We want to launch a new brand through Brand Registry using one of these accounts, essentially managing multiple brand stores under one account. We have a trademark for the new brand, which is owned by the limited company registered on the Amazon account. I understand that multiple selling accounts require entirely separate business information, but can we have two brands under one account with the same business details and payment cards, just with different trademarks?
