Removal Order - Lost Inventory?
Hi All,
For sellers who have had removal orders, have you ever had a situation where FBA has lost your inventory when returning this back to you? We had this despatched 2 weeks ago from a FC as per the 10-14 / 30 day process which was within that time period. No tracking numbers were provided and couldn’t find this in the removal order or shipment detail reports - is this normal?
The inventory has not arrived and we are in a holding pattern with seller support who cannot seem to guide what has happened to it, no tracking numbers, and that they are ‘investigating’?

- From point of despatch from an FC, how long does a removal order typically take to arrive?
- Have you had situations where something has been lost, and how long did it take to resolve?
- What was their resolution and did they provide reimbursement?

This has happened to me also, they never managed to list it as they kept saying there was an error, so I have put a removal request in and it’s never turned up, they just keep saying they are investigating…did you sort it?
