Including seller contact detail on product label/information

Hi beautiful people on amazon seller forum, I am thinking to include a “care instruction” label on my FBA product, my question is, can I include a line on the label asking them to contact me directly if there’s any issue…? something like

“if you are not fully satisfied… please feel free to email us …”

I cannot seem to find any information on this.

Thank you and stay safe

You can, just as you can have contact information ont he ‘about us’ section of you Amazon account page. However you should also state that messages should be sent via the Amazon system as that is Amazon’s preference.
This is a slightly tricky one as Amazon are not keen on anything that is seen as attempting to entice what it regards as _it’s_customers away from using the site. Back in the real world away from Amazon’s all seeing eye, customers can Google if they have your company name and you have a separate site, and of course you are attempting to offer customer service not necessarily divert customers.
We include a note with some items stating we are happy to provide follow-up support and please send us a message etc - the problem is not everyone - especially older customers like using email, they have a preference for being talked to over the phone.

I don’t have any other shop or website myself, but I don’t think it would be forbidden or “diverting business” to add on your enclosed note that you also have a site where you list those items that cannot be listed on Amazon.

And we all know there are many items that can’t easily (or at all) be listed on Amazon, for various reasons: gated, or no barcode, or suppressed because considered duplicate, not coming up in searches, etc…

I often think it would be worth my while investigating other places to list just what I can’t effectively list on Amazon.

Hi

Amazon policy is all communications should be made via the Amazon messaging service. Contacting the customer or encouraging the customer to contact you by telephone or other means is prohibited.

Care instruction should be ok providing you are not doing the above.
