Hello @Seller_7UMouwsHa5Nve

This is Christine here from Amazon Forums

Thank you for your question about including a "Surprise Free Gift" with FBA orders. This is a common inquiry, and it's important to understand Amazon's policies on this matter:

FBA Policy: Generally, Amazon does not allow sellers to include additional items or marketing materials with FBA orders that are not part of the original product listing.

Product Bundling: If you want to include an additional item, consider creating a product bundle and listing it as a single ASIN. This bundle must be pre-packaged before sending to Amazon's fulfillment centers.

Promotional Inserts: Amazon has strict policies about promotional inserts. Any inserts must be pre-approved and typically can only include neutral product information, not marketing materials.

Customer Experience: Remember that surprises, while well-intentioned, can sometimes confuse customers who expect to receive only what they ordered.

Account Health: Adding unauthorized items to FBA shipments can potentially lead to account violations.

If you're looking to enhance customer experience, consider these alternatives:

Use Amazon's promotional tools like coupons or Lightning Deals

Improve product packaging within Amazon's guidelines

Focus on excellent customer service and follow-up

For the most up-to-date and specific guidance, I recommend contacting Amazon Seller Support directly or reviewing the current FBA policies in Seller Central.

Remember, policies can change, so always verify current rules before making any changes to your FBA strategy.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Christine.
