Aggressive message left on feedback that Amazon won't remove
Received this on negative feedback
"I returned the item on time and sent the tracking information. The seller acknowledged the the tracking information. That was over 4 weeks ago. I keep receiving messages from the Seller saying that it is my problem and that I must remove my claim or they will not send the refund. IF I receive my refund in the next few days then I will remove this review. Get it sorted NOW."
Firstly this is a message - not feedback
secondly, we have never received or sent a message to this buyer.
Can I get this removed??? Can I hell.
Sick and tired of the feedback system being abused by buyers and having to suffer the consequences with zero support from Amazon.

Amazon have become very specific on feedback removal these days. In the main, unless it falls under the main reasons...
- The feedback includes obscene language.
- The feedback includes seller-specific personally identifiable information.
- The entire feedback comment is a product review.
- Strike through feedback if it is regarding fulfilment or customer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon.
...they simply won't remove it. We've struggled to get it removed when its clearly left for a different seller. I wouldn't personally say its agressive.
I would be careful with your response though, if the custome complained about that - it would be you that gets the wrap on the back of the hand
