Seller Central Login Issues

Hello fellow FBM seller,
I hope everyone is doing well in their selling journey.
I wanted to reach out and see if any of you have encountered challenges with logging into Seller Central, particularly with the two-step verification process. It’s been quite a frustrating experience for us lately.
We have two users who are set up to receive OTP codes. However, just yesterday, while handling some administrative responses, we were unexpectedly logged out of the portal. To make matters worse, the system wouldn’t allow us to request new OTP codes, which resulted in delays in processing orders and unfortunately led to some late shipments.
The most exasperating part is that the only way to seek help is by logging a support ticket. But guess what? You can only do that once you manage to log back in – how counterintuitive is that? To make matters even more challenging, the account reset process takes around two days.
If any of you have faced similar issues or found effective workarounds, we would truly appreciate hearing about your experiences and solutions.

On the OTP side of things - I recommend setting up a Two Factor Authentication App.
No issue with no getting texts, signal not required, always works
We use Google Authenticator and Authy (which has a desktop app)
