Hello
We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your ability to sell on Amazon at this time. You must address the following concerns:
We cannot accept a order confirmation as an invoice or receipt, because it is not proof that a transaction has been completed for the items listed immediately below
Make sure that your invoices or receipts are issued within the last 180 days and include the following information:
– These documents should reflect your sales volume during the last 180 days.
– Include the business details for your supplier, including the business name, business phone number, business address, and website. We may contact your supplier to verify the documents. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier’s information.
– You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASINs under review.
– If you are not the brand owner, provide an authorization letter and a complete set of documentation, including authorization letters, to prove a valid supply chain.
– If you are the brand owner, provide a copy of the brand registration certificate, and business license or personal identity card.

Please explain this email, I don’t understand. I have been trading on Amazon for a number of years and am a member of the PBFA an organization for professional booksellers. I wanted to put my inventory on vacation from 1st November

Please note that its permanently deactivated for life. Even if you are not planning to sell on Amazon at least get the account activated as otherwise you will not be able to trade for life.
