1 month ago it was selling 3 units on average per day and now 0 units, that is a drop of 100%.

The situation is missing one part of the situation. How many different products are you selling? 1,4, 7 or 500, 2500, 10,000? The more different offerings you have the less the problem has an effect.

we are lucky to get any sells now days. bolts just keep removing our listings, etc. this is no longer a reliable playform.

yes to most of us sales trending down on most items. Helium ten shows sales declining all across categories.

Yes, down drastically. This is normally a slow time for books, but I am selling more on another platform on which I have far fewer items listed.

Until TAX Day, April 15th, when many like ourselves will pay at the last moment, sales will slow. Those who got a refund HAVE ALREADY FILED. may be waiting w/ bated breath for that lump sum...

Those who aren't filing are watching Men/Women's NCAA MARCH MADNESS. It is our experience that any large televised sporting events(SUPERBOWL, FIRST day of NFL or NCAA football games, NBA playoffs; the aforementioned March Madness), effects sales. Our clientele are 65% men-not that women aren't interested in sports but seem less rabid.

Men, going by my own family's behavior, are more likely to spend a Sat. or Sun., maybe both, watching sports on TV or traveling to Phoenix where the professional sports teams are in AZ.

Since we sell books, we're approaching the non-reading season: gardening/vacationing/home repair/the pool used after a season of maintenance. Last year, sales didn't decrease much. With all the economic chaos, sales are already sliding!

my thoughts:

1. Economy sucks. 2. money is tight for consumers 3. more and more people are boycotting Amazon

The simplest answer is, it depends on what you are SELLING.

Many products are considered by Buyers to be REQUIRED, while other products are simply DESIRED.

However, if you are a U.S. based Seller, you should be VERY aware of the political changes that have occurred that directly affect Consumer Confidence and Inflation.

If you do not expect these changes to have an impact on your Amazon Seller account, you should probably think again.
