Address change and account deactivated
I started receiving orders and my tax was being deducted upon asking I gt to know that my adresss has been changed from one country to another where as I never changed any address . I had to cancel orders during that time and explained customers but my account health was gone down . I explained everything to amazon but after few hours I received an email of deactivation of account and the reason given was that policy has been violated the customers details have been shared whereas the only thing I shared with amazon was a screen of my information changed. I am
writing them
to explain but everytime I write them I get a same reaponse that I have not provided enough information. has anybody has similar experience ?? Any help would really mean alot for me. please guide

Your email seems to suggest you have passed on customers details to others so when you have drop shipped perhaps someone has put their own invoice/packing slip in with the item?

Not sure what others think but I see the address change issue as separate and your POA should address the reason for deactivation so why did you give customers details to other people and what are you going to do going forwards to stop that happening again
As an aside you should know roughly when your address was changed just go back through your orders to the point they stop showing marketplace facilitator tax. But I’d have thought an address change would have triggered verification so it sounds very strange

When you bought items off Facebook, ebay, vinted etc did you tell the people you bought from not to include any invoices, names etc? How many times has this happened as you originally said you may have dropshipped from Facebook or vinted, then you mentioned ebay.

Thank you for providing me the opportunity to present a Plan of Action regarding the deactivation of our Seller Account due to the sharing information of Buyer and made the violation of Section 3 of amazon Business solution Agreement
I understand that Amazon takes failure to comply with their requirements seriously and I would like to share with you my Plan of Action in which I explain what measures I have adopted to resolve this issue and what I will do to prevent it from happening again.
– The root cause(s) of why have shared private information about a buyer on our site.:
- I have been working on Amazon for a long time And the inventory has always been ready under my possession to fulfill the placed orders.
Here is the proof( image of invoice ) of my previous inventory which
strengthens the fact that I have maintained my inventory always.

I used a drop shipping module only in case of a short run of stock which was as least as 1 to 2 percent.

During such types of situations I have an account ready on ebay to prevent the customers from having any difficulty in fulfilling their

|-|In the past couple of weeks I ran short of inventory again. Subsequently ,I managed to place an order for some of my customers via Ebay which may have been the reason for my suspension, some of the order details are attached below

account and on Amazon are same)

I will try my best to avoid any type of violation of Amazon policies but in any case if such type of mistake occurs then I will shift my shipping module from FBM to FBA.
I have accepted full responsibility for my error and fully understand “why” my account is deactivated, but I believe that this plan sufficiently addresses the issue and will prevent it from occurring again. I look forward to having my selling privilege restored and it is also prayed that the account kindly reactivated. I will never make same mistake in the future

I don’t think this really answers the 3 parts. You need to admit you gave the customers details to a third party (either on ebay, Facebook, vinted wherever), explain why you did (lack of stock) and then say how that will never happen again (training, understand policies, have enough stock to not need to drop ship)
Rework the poa and post on here before submitting it as you only get so many chances to do it

- I will keep under control the levels of inventory in accordance with demands of Amazon , to prevent balancing it via dropshipping from ebay or elsewhere as well as to secure customer personal details furthermore to avoid such confusions I will shift my shopping module from FBM to FBA. Also it will help to avert such issues from happening again.
