I have a Handmade brand waiver and have had an Amazon store for 2 years - my listings have been linked to it for all that time. But I have noticed that my listings no longer link to my store.
I have created a case to ask why, but just keep getting the following random answer:
'Thank you for your report of a suspected policy violation. We cannot take action on the report as no violation has been identified on the reported ASIN for the violation type selected.'
I have asked my question 4 times, saying that my question is NOT about a listing violation and got this same irrelevant response every time.
