Handmade listings no longer linking to Store

I have a Handmade brand waiver and have had an Amazon store for 2 years - my listings have been linked to it for all that time. But I have noticed that my listings no longer link to my store.

I have created a case to ask why, but just keep getting the following random answer:

'Thank you for your report of a suspected policy violation. We cannot take action on the report as no violation has been identified on the reported ASIN for the violation type selected.'

I have asked my question 4 times, saying that my question is NOT about a listing violation and got this same irrelevant response every time.

The query I sent is below. Does anyone know how to get a relevant answer?

(I have removed my name and store link on the forum, but they are in my question to support)

I have noticed that on my listings, there is no longer a link to my store, just a link to a search page

How do I reinstate the link to my store?
