I am facing an issue with my Amazon Seller Central account. By default, Amazon has selected the Mexico market and the Professional Plan for my account, even though I want to opt for the Individual Plan. However, I am unable to switch from the Professional Plan to the Individual Plan, as it seems this option is not available.
Additionally, due to the selection of the Professional Plan, Amazon attempted charges on my payment method, which failed due to an insufficient balance. As a result, my account was either deactivated or suspended, though I have not received any confirmation or explanation regarding this.
I created my account for the first time, but after the initial creation, I have been unable to use it.
Can someone assist me in resolving this issue or guide me on how to switch to the Individual Plan without further complications?
