Does amazon not accept alibaba or china product invoices?

Buyer/competitor purchased from me left negative feedback and listing restricted. I have 4 star reviews been selling for over 1 year no problem.
My item is genuine my private label and bought on alibaba platform from 7 year old verified supplier and amazon twice is refusing the invoice with no reason given to why it is being removed. Everything they are asking for is on the invoice except for the seller not having their own website.
Please help.

Amazon do not accept Alibaba invoices and yes they would require the manufacturer to be able to provide a website address.

Does every detail exactly match your business too and do the quantities etc match? Does it have payment terms on? Can you ask the supplier to do their own invoice instead of an Alibaba one as its been mentioned on here before that if they can that will potentially be accepted.

Hello @isaklove

I understand that your listing has been taken down for authenticity issues and you want recommendation from our end in clearing the issue.

As you know, all products must be purchased from an approved supplier, who will provide you with purchase invoices. If you’re selling branded goods, you’ll need to get permission from the brand owner to list their products in your listings, and you’ll need an authorization letter to sell their product on Amazon.

The invoice requirements includes;

  • Supplier information (name, phone number, address and website)
  • Buyer information (name, phone number, address and website)
  • Item quantities.
  • Invoice date must be issued within the last 365 days.
  • Should submit in PDF, JPG, PNG or GIF files.
  • Must be authentic-unaltered documents.
  • Shouldn’t be handwritten.
  • You can hide the price.

Please make sure that your suppliers are the authorized suppliers of those ASINs which you have received in the mail and if they are please provide those supporting documents once again after checking the invoice requirements which is furnished above.

What invoice did you use when you were approved to sell it?

A very high percentage of products purchased from the far east are none branded. So the puzzling question if you are branding a none branded product why would you be asked to provide an invoice showing where you purchased the goods from? Has the manufacturer of the none branded product files complaint?
