Struggling with Repeated Account Deactivation Despite Full Compliance - Seeking Urgent Resolution

I've been struggling with account deactivation issues since May 2023. Despite complying with all requirements and even removing inventory before selling, my account remains inactive. I have reached out to Amazon Support multiple times and provided all necessary documents and a detailed plan of action, but have yet to receive a positive response. This ongoing issue is causing continuous business losses and severe disruptions. I never expected such poor service from a major eCommerce platform like Amazon, and I'm urgently seeking a resolution to this matter.

Let's cut the niceties and 'fluff' and get to the point.

NOTE -- nearly ALL accounts get suspended immediately after they are opened while Amazon verifies your information so unless they sent you a suspension notice asking for more information it is most likely just temporary.

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.

Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.

If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.

Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?

NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.

As mentioned by @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp, I would also ask that you provide your original deactivation notice here so we can better assess your situation and offer guidance. Regarding what you have provided thus far, so you are aware, a plan of action in almost all situations is no longer accepted unless your original notice requested it, otherwise we would need the requested information mentioned.

Once we have more information surrounding your situation we can offer next steps on the requirements for reactivation.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.

To reactivate your account, you are required to submit the document to prove authenticity of the item like invoice.

I am sharing a resource below about requirement of invoices:

-- Supplier information (name, phone number, address, website)

-- Buyer information (name, phone number, address, website)

-- Item descriptions (for ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASINs under review)

-- Item quantities, should reflect your sales volume during the last 365 days.

-- Invoice date (must be issued in the last 365 days)

You can only send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered.

Furthermore, kindly note that if you have submitted this invoice previously and it was rejected, it is highly possible that it will not be accepted.

As this is a concern of authenticity we will require that you provide valid invoices from an authorized distribution channel. The requirements above need to be met 100% or will not be eligible to be accepted.

I purchased this item from Temu.com, but immediately removed it upon realizing it was not an authentic Amazon supplier.

As you mentioned having sourced from an unauthorized supplier, the documentation available may not meet our requirements to be accepted.

I have provided Amazon with the purchase and return inventory invoices, removal inventory screenshots, business documents, and a plan of action. Despite this, the response has not been cooperative. As a new seller facing numerous challenges, I believe Amazon should assist us rather than deactivate our account at the first instance.//

These situations are very serious and due to the severity of these types of situations a plan of action cannot be accepted as these are dispute only requirements. As mentioned above we will require invoices that meet our responsible sourcing requirements.

ASIN: B0B7C9DTBN

Title: Squishmallows Reshma The 8 Pink Strawberry Cow

I had also looked over the listing and can see that it was branded as "Kelly Toy" which would immediately conflict with "Squishmallows". Prior to listing the ASIN did you review the ASIN details to ensure they matched?

While your situation appears to be hopeless, let's use this as an opportunity to educate other rookies and beginners on what NOT to do if they want to avoid getting suspended.

From your responses and part of what @Emet_Amazon has quoted--

" I purchased this item from Temu.com, but immediately removed it upon realizing it was not an authentic Amazon supplier. "

That isn't even close to being an authorized supplier for ANY site and they are certainly not an authorized wholesale distributor of anything.

Rule #1 for the 'new, improved Amazon' is:

"1. Validate Your Suppliers: Ensure that the suppliers you purchase from are legitimate and authorized to sell the branded products you intend to offer."

THEN --

For any rookies out there reading this, it is a near perfect example of how to get suspended on Amazon.

DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?

NO, the OP did not have an LOA from anyone.

DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK as noted for Rule #1?.

NO, the OP sourced from what can be termed a 'junk dealer' of questionable quality items that violate IP as much as ALI#@###.

NOTE the verification from the brand that the source is legitimate and authorized, NOT one of those touted on TikTok and YouTube as having "thousands of brands and products".

If you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.

Spend hours/days on Seller U and read the Forum to see all the really creative ways rookies find to get suspended by ignoring the advice above!

https://sell.amazon.com/learn

" As a new seller facing numerous challenges, I believe Amazon should assist us rather than deactivate our account at the first instance.//"

Amazon is a do-it-yourself site. There is NO hand holding. Sellers are expected to be self sufficient and have existing businesses that have experience and the ability to meet the stringent requirements set by Amazon.

If the OP had studied the Forum at all they would have seen hundreds of suspension notices for not having an LOA and/or sourcing from 'questionable' sources.

After 20+ years Amazon has decided to clean house (largely due to Governmental pressures I'm sure).
