CGN1 WAREHOUSE'S GOODS ACCEPTANCE TIME EXCEEDS 1 MONTH!
Unfortunately, I would like to talk about a negative experience we had in the last 7-8 months. We send products from the Netherlands to the CGN 1 warehouse with UPS Amazon contracted cargo. However, the stock period of the products is extended by at least 1 month, sometimes 2 months each time. We could not understand the reason for this. We have contacted Amazon before but we did not receive a positive response. Why do you want us to send our products to that warehouse when you know this is the case? Or are you doing this on purpose? It affects our turnover by almost half, our stocks that should be finished in a month only enter the inventory in 1 month because of the CGN 1 warehouse, it is really sad. Is there anyone who can find a solution to this? What are your suggestions for those who can help us?

I am afraid there is not really an option to chose what FC the system asks you to send your inventory to. However, if you have doubts for a specific shipment, we are happy to have a look from here and try to push on it.

Hello, we know how the system works and this repository needs improvement in this regard. I see this in the forms. There are others who are having problems. Who can we discuss this with or get help from?
