Here we go again. Really tired of this from Amazon FBA.

FBA18VHWYN87 for any mods. Same thing that's been happening. I don't understand why. Two boxes shipped to the same location, with the same quantity in each box (50 units a piece), shipped from the same address, delivered at the same time, signed for by Amazon, CONFIRMED RECEIVED WITH NO ISSUES BY AMAZON and yet here we are again. Missing an ENTIRE box. They didn't count 50 units. This needs to be explained. I can't start a reconciliation since,"Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed" is Amazon's go to for anything they lose. How does this happen? What am "I" doing wrong that Amazon is incapable of checking in two master boxes of the same product? I don't get it. This is a loss for, a small business, trying to get through and this is the kind of thing I DONT need to deal with every time. Why can't Amazon just count product in and take better care of our shipments. It's so infuriating.

So get this, the day after I start this they MAGICALLY find the products, but it's almost worse off. Because now they say there are only 43 units out of the master box of 50 AND they are saying it's UNEXPECTED units?? What that actual......they are out of their minds.
