Hello there, my name is CR and wanted to hop in here to see if I can be of assistance.
First off, this guide may be of use for you so wanted to share it. Have you opened a case with Seller Support on this yet? If not, I'd recommend that as the next best step here.
Lastly, I have worked with a seller on this before, and it turned out that they were using Google Chrome browser and once they deleted cookies and restarted the browser, it worked for them. May be worth trying if you are also using Chrome.
