Using Customer Feedback as a testimonial
Hello, could someone provide advice on whether amazon’s terms and conditions allow me to ask customers, who have left customer feedback if I can use their words as a testimonial for my product?

You can’t do it, the bullet points and description must describe and reflect the product alone.
Product reviews by customers will show up on the same page and hopefully encourage buyers

According to the Amazon’s Product detail page rules:
The inclusion of any of the following information in detail page titles, descriptions, bullet points, or images is prohibited:
- Reviews, quotes or testimonials.

Generally no, but very occasionally with a favouralbe wind, maybe.

Whilst I cannot use it testimonials on amazon. I interpret that the T&Cs allow me (with permission) to use them but on different channels - i.e. my own website etc?
