Will my account be 'At risk' forever?

I have done everything I can do.

I have not even done anything wrong; just selling secondhand items that I have been permitted to sell for the last 18 years.

Suspected Intellectual Property Violation (total 6): these are actual items listed against the actual item listing, yet still gets marked as a ’ Potential Trademark Logo Misuse’ or a ‘Potential Trademark Misuse’. I have deleted the listings (most were 0 anyway, sold long ago). They can appear for 0 listings, even if I have holiday settings on and I am not selling, and I have no way of predicting which ones it will occur to, so I cannot preempt it. I then have to wait for 180 days for them to drop off

Product Compliance Requests (Total 39): I cannot fulfil any documentation requests, because they are secondhand games and I do not have any documentation. I have done all the appeals, some of which I have won (I have no idea why) and others I have not (I have no idea why). I have appealed all of them, but many of them a well over a year old, so I have no idea when or whether these will ever disappear. Obviously once the listing is removed there is nothing I can do to the actual listing (i.e. delete it).

I continue to receive ‘At risk of removal’ emails on a daily basis, but there is nothing I can do about them. The ‘View Compliance Requirements’ button leads to the page where all the appeals have already been done, and the new items (in the email) are not there. So there is nothing I can do to prevent removal.

Restricted Product Policy Violations (total 1): This is for a product (a marker pen) sold long ago, and deleted from my inventory, about which I can do nothing.

Is there anything I can do, at all, to put my account back to ‘Good’, as it should be?

Book seller here too, and mine was ‘at risk’ for weeks and weeks/months.
I still have 9 Intellectual Property Violations, yet for some unknown reason mine has now gone back to good ?!:face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Mine too were all items sold in the past, so I have simply Closed and Deleted from my inactive inventory, (not just closed - they do need to be deleted), and will just have to wait for them to drop off in 6 months - it is ridiculous.
By then there will probably be a whole load more appeared.

Hello @Buy-The-Books,

Thank you for contacting us.

I understand that you are concerned about your Account Health dashboard(AHD) status.

Further,

To remove the Suspected Intellectual Property Violations from your account, you can either edit the listing and remove the logo /trademark for which you received them and can reinstate your listings.

However if you do not want to sell them any further, you can simply delete those listings and they will be removed as soon they complete 180 days.

Also,

Product Compliance Requests doesn’t affect your Account Health Dashboard status, as its not a violation.

Further,

For Restricted Product Violations, its necessary to appeal even if you have deleted the listings as it will help performance team to understand your future steps to avoid similar complaints on your account. Therefore, I would request you to appeal for the same with valid Plan of action.

Also, Performance team do monitor your actions on the complaints that you receive on Account Health Dashboard (AHD)and if you are addressing them on timely manner there is nothing to be worried about as team do consider your efforts.

Further for more assistance, please reach out to our support team using Contact Us.

Regards,
Venessa

Hello @Buy-The-Books

This is Krish to help you with your concerns.

I understand that your account’s health shows at risk.

As suggested by @Venessa_Amazon, you can either edit the listing to remove the trademark or delete the listing and the violation will continue to reflect on your account health dashboard for 180 days.

Once the listings are deleted, the flagged ASINs will be removed after completion of 180 days.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.

Regards,
Krish

I cannot edit the listing, as it has been removed.

As I said, how many supposed violations lead to the yellow warnings?
Does it take only 1 alleged ‘violation’ to trigger the yellow ‘at risk of deactivation’?
Does it have to be at zero?
