Hi,
The photo has not been accepted as it doesn’t comply to Amazons image requirements, there are 2 reasons below and more info on this link.

• MAIN images should have a pure white background (pure white blends in with the Amazon search and product detail pages—RGB color values of 255, 255, 255).
• Product must occupy at least 85% of frame on limiting dimension of longest side.

Amazon has very strict requirements regarding product images, the background needs to be white and there shouldn’t be any text or graphics.
Listings with non-compliant product images may get suppressed from the search results.
You can easily fix the non-white backgrounds to meet the Amazon standards by using various free online tools, such as Bonanza Background Burner or Magic Eraser for iOS.

Thank you. I’ve spoken to two people and they do not know what is wrong or why the images are showing. I have been told it has been passed to the Catalogue Team and they will call me back. It’s not a very good service is it.
