multiple account policy

hello I unwittingly activated all countries from the global market settings section some time ago. my main USA market account has been deactivated. was reported as violating the multiple account policy. I browsed seller university and seller forums. and finally I asked for help from the support service. I was informed. I have to log into my other country accounts and activate them first. then the account will be activated after sending the information to my USA market account. This is how it happened. My account is currently active. I just don't get it yet. What does it mean if you have violated the multiple account policy? why is this problem solved after enabling other accounts?

(let me note that there are no difficulties at the moment. I am sharing this article for the purpose of learning)

thank you in advance

You are violating multiple account policy, because it states "ALL ACCOUNTS MUST BE IN GOOD STANDING"

Make sure all your other accounts are set to vacation status. After that, you need to see if you are required to activate any or all of those accounts. I put my second account on vacation as soon as they added it and never used it in any way, I never had to verify it...
