Can I use a 800mm x 1200mm pallet in the UK?
Hi all,
Shipped our first pallet to FBA last week, using the 1000mm x 1200mm size. Is this the only pallet size we can use for UK fba shipping? Or can we use the 800mm x 1200mm that Amazon specify is acceptable in the EU?

No , Amazon only accept;
We only accept GMA grade B or higher, 1000x1200 mm 4-way access wood pallets or 1000x1200 mm CHEP pallets when delivering stock to UK.
Other pallets size can be rejected.
Pallet exchange is not available.
Pallets shipped internationally must be heat treated to ISPM-15 standard.
Broken or damaged pallets are not acceptable and may be rejected at the merchant’s expense.

PCBuyIT is correct to the letter of Amazons published rules.
However, I have successfully sent 1000 x 800 and i’ve even sent 1200 x 1200 but I have done so knowing that it is a risk.
Amazon seem to arbitrarily apply the rules sometimes and relax them at others.
