I would very much appreciate it if you could help me with a case I have. A buyer opened an A-to-Z claim saying the product was not delivered but left a comment that states: " I bought this item by mistake ", hence obviously stating they took delivery of the product. We provided the tracking information which included proof of delivery, and the buyer's name as a person who signed for it hence supporting the overall case that the product was delivered successfully.
Amazon issued a full refund for the client and when we appealed the case, we lost the appeal as well.
Now the client is fully refunded and does not respond to our requests to return the product back to us. The product is fairly expensive, to just pass on this case.
Any suggestions, please?
