BRAND APPROVAL NIGHTMARE
The past few brand approvals have made no sense. We submit the same document around 10 times. The first 9 times we get declined and then 10th time we get approved.
Is there a reason the brand approval process is so inconsistent?

Thank you for reaching out with your question. In general Amazon doesn't share the specific details on why you are or are not accepted. If you provide the Case ID where it was accepted I can see what details, if any, can be shared however it's often an issue of the document or inventory not properly tying to a supplier Amazon can verify.
