i am trying to create a shipment but I got an error. My box dimension has right and I used it 5-6 times with the same box dimension with no issue before.

I also confirm my box dimension did not more the 25" from any side.

I believe this thread may help you. We have had the same issue but it is because our product is U shaped and we fit them inside each other. Amazon expect 10 items measuring 59x33x33cm but we fit them all in a box that is 60x60x33. They expect a much bigger box

We are having the same issue with hundreds of our SKU’s and it’s so silly what they have done and we can’t fix it or ignore it. we now can’t send goods to fba due to this. Does anyone have a solution without having to inflate box sizes to silly figures? issue there is then your carrier charges you more for ‘pretending’ to send massive boxes that are actually not massive.
