Multi location inventory - can't update if not super admin

Since the change on multi-location inventory, we are not able to update inventory on SKUs when an item sells out - only the super admin is able to do so. All other users get an error that says try again later

Any feedback on the issue will be greatly appreciated

  • Feeds API
  • Listing Loader feed file upload in Seller Central
