Nothing about buy shipping account health benefits is true apart from the negative feedback
So I’ve had this issue before, the buy shipping benefits page states items sent using buy shipping won’t affect ODR in A-Z cases. The SS says they do and the managing director states they do, so that’s incorrect. 2ndly the managing director did state if the items were shipped and shipped on time using a tracked method, the order Defect from A-Z cases on them won’t affect the ODR, which I have just found out it also does!
Would anybody advise anything? As it seems the benefits of using buy shipping regarding accout health are actually lies and their SOP shouod be to follow advertises policy, which they aren’t. So is there any point in anybody using buy shipping at all? Since the pros basically don’t exist even where advertised and the cons are that buy shipping is more expensive for tracked items

If you purchase Amazon’s Buy Shipping and ship on time, you are protected against a-to-z claims where a customer reports problems with delivery. As far as ODR (Order Defect Rate) metrics are concerned, it will increase as it is system based calculation but it will not impact your account health negatively.
