Approximately one week ago, I successfully settled the VAT owed to Amazon. However, despite the payment confirmation, my disbursements are still inexplicably blocked. I have diligently followed up on this matter by reaching out to the provided email address (mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk), but unfortunately, I have yet to receive any response.
This situation is greatly impacting my ability to conduct business effectively on the Amazon platform. As a seller, timely access to disbursements is crucial for maintaining inventory, fulfilling orders, and meeting customer expectations.
I kindly request urgent intervention to resolve this issue and would appreciate any guidance or assistance from fellow sellers who may have encountered similar challenges in the past.

I wanted to provide an update regarding a recent communication I received from Amazon UK regarding the release of my Amazon sales proceeds following the payment of VAT dues. According to the email, it was stated that after the VAT due is paid back to Amazon, the disbursement of my Amazon sales proceeds will be released within 7 days and will become available to me according to my normal payment cycle.
I'm reaching out to share that the VAT dues were paid back to Amazon on 05/01/2024. Today's date is 05/13/2024, which exceeds the aforementioned 7-day timeframe. However, I have not yet observed the release of the disbursement of my Amazon sales proceeds.
Given this timeline, I kindly request clarification on the status of the disbursement process. Can anyone provide insight into when I can expect the funds to be released and made available in accordance with my normal payment cycle?

I'm writing to seek some guidance and insights into a concerning issue I've been facing with my Amazon seller account. Recently, I received confirmation from Amazon that the VAT payment was indeed received. However, despite this confirmation and assurance in a previous email that no further action was needed from my end and that disbursements would not be impacted, my disbursements have been unexpectedly put on hold for two payment cycles now.
The previous email I received stated: "No further action is needed from you. We will reflect the difference between the preliminary and final VAT liability in your Seller Central account accordingly within 10 days of this notification. The disbursements of your sales will not be impacted and will be available to you as per your normal payment cycle."
However, contrary to this assurance, I find myself in a situation where my disbursements are being held, impacting my ability to manage my business effectively.
Has anyone else encountered a similar situation? If so, how did you resolve it? Can anyone provide guidance on how I might seek an update or resolution to this issue?
