Time to Leave Amazon
It's come time for our company to part ways with Amazon.
We have been here since 2017, and in the beginning it was a great learning curve and boost to revenue for our products.
Since the past few years markets have been flooded with cheaper quality products, counterfeits, fraudulent returns with customs returning no product at all or the used products, and amazon fees have been increasing, stock counting at FBA going wrong, damaged items not being credited to our account and marked as 'sender damaged', hundreds of support cases opened and answered with automated replies. countless letters to Amazon Germany and UK head offices to get brand registry issues fixed, bulk upload listing template bugs, inactive listings which won't update unless you contact amazon support.
PPC just feels like throwing money in the sink at this point.
We're now in negative balance on our account due to the amount of Fraud taking place on Amazon.co.uk, with no end in sight. To protect our company we've decided to push our website marketing further and finally make the jump to be independent. We will increase our prices on Amazon dramatically and also list on Ebay, but we won't be leaving large amounts of stock.
I wish we had taken earlier advice like other sellers who left this platform. I wish the best of luck to anyone who is still doing well and continuing toi push
