My brand was denied - but I own the registered Trademark and more! HALP!
I have tried to register my brand. I own the registered trademark, the website, it is the name of my books and book series (for kiddos) and I sell under that name on various different websites.
I've applied twice, uploaded my trademark papers, posted the URLs of my website, and also one where I sell POD online.
Both applications to register my brand have been rejected and when I click on the link for more info it says the registration is closed and the decision final. There is no way to figure out what I did wrong (after their in-depth investigation...)
Halp!! How do I prove to Amazon that I own my brand (I literally have the trademark papers and uploaded them both times!), I own the website(s), www. imthebossofme.com, I write the books and own the ISBNs and copyrights, I design the swag and print on demand + have some screenprinted in stock, etc?
I am TRULY frustrated and ready to pull everything off Amazon and just sell straight from my url! In over a year on Amazon, I've sold 2 things. I sell WAY more on Etsy and/or my actual URL shop. It just seems like soooooo much effort and no return. I OWN the brand. Let me own it here and set up a shop on Amazon. PLEASE!

Hello @Seller_HH6vevL9NNveg
My name is Sandy from the Community Manager team here on forums.
I looked into your 2 recent applications to brand registry and have some suggestions for your next application.
1. The document you have attached showing you are the trademark owner does not seem to cover the requirements: Accepted document(s) can be trademark’s registration certificate, filing receipt, filing notice, filing certificate and e-filing of trademark.
It seems like your attachment is a downloaded page from USPTO. This document can be accessed by anyone as it is public information. Your document needs to be a filing receipt or notice that proves you are the owner.
2. When looking into the attachment for proving you: I have an agreement, contract or relationship with a third-party manufacturer which manufactures majority or all of the products under my brand. The document you attach here is a screenshot of wallet/balance page...? For this section, please upload proof of arrangement between your brand and the third-party manufacturer.
3. For the invoice document, I see that you attach a payments screenshot page. Please upload a copy of any recent sourcing/manufacturing/supply invoices (1 or more) published in the last 6 months which includes one or more of the brand's product names. The attachment you uploaded is not an invoice but transaction summary and it has information from March this year. I see in the screenshot you have the Summary Invoices tab. Please check if those are sufficient to attach for this section. Please also make sure brands product name also shows in this section.
If there are additional questions, please let me know.
Best,
Sandy

You mention trademark documents/papers. All you need is your trademark registration number. As long as you can take that registration number to the USPTO website and look it up (and it returns your data), that is all you need to provide. You should try that yourself if you haven't already.
