Bot Hijacking Inventory
Morning all
I’ve been selling on FBA for 3 days now. From the minute my item was available, it was attacked by fake orders putting stock into pending payment status, which reduced my inventory available for genuine purchases.
I then had a threatening email telling me to stop selling this ASIN or they would sabotage my whole account. This has continued. Amazon have done nothing apart from cancel the orders that appear fake and allocate the stock back. As soon as the stock is available again, the orders start. I have limited it to 1 per order and they are doing 1 per minute. As its FBA i cant put higher levels of stock.
Surely something can be done! its clearly a bot doing it but how are Amazon not doing anything? Ive spoken 2 or 3 times a day to support, sent countless messages and emailed MD. All I get is, we are looking into it. Its happening as I type this as well.
This is more of a rant but if anyone has had similar or has any advice, I’d be grateful.
Thanks

did you create the listing or list on a current ASIN ?
what is the ASIN ?

It sounds to me like you have listed under a chinese sellers brands (nothing racist, but this kind of aggressive move is more known for chinese sellers)
Is there a brand name on the listing and is that brand name printed on your product/packaging somewhere?
