FBA customer return fraud for more than $9000 value Pokemon TCG cards
Buyer placed 2 orders for 25 units of Pokemon Prismatic Evolutions Elite Trainer Box for total 50 units via FBA, the cards are high value and special products, like lottery tickets, no store allow returns(Even amazon themselves not allows returns but they force 3rd seller to accept 30 days return) . The customer opened all the packs, stole the good cards, then returned the worthless cards for the full refund, It's like scratching a lottery ticket and then asking for the money back when they saw that they didn't win.
Buyer got the full $9000+ refund through amazon, this is like stealing for high value criminal activity but amazon hidden the buyer's shipping address so I can't report to their local police department. I report the buyer violation through amazon report form but only get a reply email says "We carefully reviewed your report and completed an investigation. We are unable to provide additional information about the outcome of the investigation."
I fully understand the need to protect customers' private information, but this is a special case. It has already been a serious act of theft and, according to the law, it constitutes a two-year prison .
I want a real amazon people to look at my case to make sure the buyer got punished and also reimburse me for my lost due to the amazon incorrect full refund. I can provided all the pictures if needed for invesigation and below are the 2 order numbers:

Thank you

too late now, but if I had a return coming in that totals $9000 I would have opened it in front of a camera and filed criminal charges......now you most likely don't have any proof?

That is a huge dollar amount.
I would immediately look into arbitration as you do not have any of the buyers info.
Unfortunately Amazon seems unwilling or unable to do anything about these things due to the sheer number of returns they receive each day (easily over a million returns arrive back to Amazon daily).

Hey man, I feel your pain... I am selling high ticket items (not 9k but $600-$700) items, and about 5% of them come back replaced by fake replicas. These are all serial numbered on the box and the item, but amazon doesn't give a f**k and just refunds these customers, and send the items right back to me before even checking, while at the same time hitting me with "inauthentic item" complaint. I don't really know how much longer we can go on like that. Until now, amazon at least reimbursed us for some of them in full, so we only lost like half of the returns. With the new reimbursement policy, they only give me back like 40% of my cost for about 50% these fake returns, and there is absolutely no way around it so far. No customer contact info to report them or even figure out if they are all somehow related to the same theft ring, no refunds for failing to identify these issues right off the bet. Loosing thousands on this monthly...

Wow. This is insane abuse of the system.
As an avid collector myself and an amazon seller, I would not resell these cards on amazon - or at least not FBA - for this very reason. Ebay would be much better, tbh.

Sorry to hear that, but I would never sell items like that on Amazon. Amazon always believes the customer no matter what they say, and nothing you say will change their mind.
Only list disposables on here, not valuables. You will most definitely get burned doing that.

you learned your lesson hard, I been selling on Amazon for over 15 years, and let me tell you, there is a reason why it is called SCAMAZON.
this platform NOT suitable for seller to sell any high value item, NOT AT ALL. to me , in my opinion, anything over 100 would consider high value. amazon generated over 2x sales over other platform but guess what, it generated nearly 3 or 4X more returns or losses such like INR, A-Z, a much higher fees over other platforms. you will meet all kinds of scammer here, and ready to pay them as well.

another thing, since you do not know, if their F-B-A worker finds out you have high value item, they will literally "S-T-E-A-L" your inventory and you cant do anything about it....

Check your downloads to see if a zip file was created when printing your shipping labels. It should have the date along with all the labels created on that particular date. You may be able to find the name and address there.
