BEWARE: Potential New Spam / Phishing email
I received this email from Amazon informing me that a product of mine currently listed via FBA became unsellable because it is no longer in sellable condition.
It further asked me to remove the unsellable items within a certain time frame from fulfilment centres by clicking links etc
The email I received is below:
I first thought it was from amazon support and got me panicking, but before I clicked on the links provided, I actually researched on the product SKU and cannot find it.
I checked all my stock and message centre on Amazon central and cannot find any direct messages. I assume it is spam email, even though the email it was send looks genuine!
So, if any of you also receive this kind of a message, DO NOT click on the links before investigating beforehand.

There’s a very quick on-screen report which SOMETIMES has the reasons:
go to your manage FBA inventory page, find the item and click its SKU (note you cannot click the SKU on the standard inventory page, only the FBA one).
From here click “events”, you will see a list of all movements related to that SKU, including movements from sellable to unsellable.
For a full report : reports -> fulfillment by amazon -> inventory -> Inventory Event Details
There are other reports with more detailed explainations.
You can also message the FBA team through the contact us page and request photos/etc.which they will usually provide for you fairly quickly.

This is an email that Amazon send out every week (assuming you have unsellable units).
I believe the reason you can’t find that SKU is because that’s not a SKU it’s an FNSKU, you can only search for it in certain parts of your inventory.
The only place i know for certain that it works is inventory-> manage FBA inventory -> the search box at the top. It only seems to work on the normal inventory search for some FNSKUs but not others.
Those “unsellable” units should also show up in your “remove unfulfillable inventory” page (link at the top of the inventory screen).
