Lost all my featured offers over night
Hey,
I woke up today to find that all my featured offers on Amazon have completely disappeared overnight, and I have no idea why. Everything was fine yesterday, and now my products aren’t winning the Buy Box as they usually are. My sales have taken a huge hit, and I’m at a loss about what caused this sudden change.
Here’s what I’ve checked so far:
My listings are still active, and my inventory is in stock.
Pricing is competitive and hasn’t changed significantly.
I have good seller metrics (positive reviews, low return rates, etc.).
I haven’t received any warnings or notices from Amazon.
Has anyone experienced this before? Could this be due to an algorithm change or something else on Amazon's end? If you’ve been through this, how did you resolve it?
Any insights or advice would be really appreciated!
This is my only source of income and have literally gone down to nothing, please help
