Updating Card Details
Hi there,
We have just had a notification from Amazon telling us to update our card details. We have just logged onto Seller Central to do so, and it told us to replace our charge method. So we updated the account with new card details. We assumed it would then knock off the old Card details, but it doesn’t seem to have done so. We then tried to edit the old card details, but it would only let us edit the expiry date. So both the old card, and the new card are showing the same expiry date 11/2022. The old card should be showing an expiry date of 12/2019. It won’t even let us delete the old card, as it says it’s still active. If anyone could help.
