We hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to request urgent assistance regarding the compliance review of our CE certification and product documentation submitted on November 13, 2024. As of today, December 23, 2024, we have not received any updates regarding the review status.

We have reached out to Amazon customer service multiple times, but the responses have consistently indicated that the review is still in progress and to wait for further notification. Unfortunately, the prolonged delay is significantly impacting our operations, as our goods are ready for shipment but cannot be dispatched due to the pending review.

We kindly request clarification on the timeline for the review process and any additional actions we may need to take to expedite the resolution. Your support in this matter is critical to ensuring the timely delivery of our products and maintaining customer satisfaction.

I have the same problem. I have tried getting an answer from Seller Support but they have no idea.

There is a bigger issue with lines that are added. I have added dozens of new lines in the last 3 months (new to me but already in the Amazon catalogue). None of these lines have appeared on the GPSR page so I can not submit the images.

When I ask Amazon how long it will take they just say 'we don't know we are waiting to see what the system does'.

It is massively impacting my sales in the EU because I am not prepared to send any ASIN that do not appear in the archived section.

The internal team answered back with the following:

If you’ve already submitted any of the information required to comply with Amazon GPSR policy, you might notice that your listings continue to appear in the "Open" tab on the Account Health page.

Amazon don’t remove listings while they’re pending review, and if your submission is rejected, you’ll have a few days to correct the information, documents or images and resubmit them for review.
