hi we are desperate to be moved for the extension of 30th September 2025, we have emailed both sets of emails with no response please can someone look into this please.

just in case,
was the email sent to amazon from the same email address as the primary amazon email address.
and if it was a gmail address the formatting of the "."s needs to be the same

are considered the same address by gmail but not by amazon.

I think there was a time limit on applying for this - but maybe wrong!
As previous post - there was a specific requirement for the email address as I got it wrong initially
