Review review on listing product
Hi all, I’m new to selling on FBM, having started in early February. Currently, I'm moving a small number per month, like 50 pcs. However, I've encountered an issue with customer reviews. Some customers have messaged me, indicating they've left reviews, and a few have become repeat buyers, having made 5-6 purchases. They've assured me they've left glowing 5-star reviews, yet these haven't appeared on my product page. I've reached out to Amazon support, but they've informed me that no reviews have been recorded for my product. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I’ll be honest I’ve never had one customer message me to inform me they’ve left a review, and we’ve been selling here for 8 years. Reviews are left, but they don’t let us know!

Yes, i mean the product reviews, final i got a reply from Amazon belows.
We took our time to look into this and have identified that the reviews are being shared as intended in the variation family under ASIN. We highly appreciate your continued patience and understanding in this regard.
As i am newer in FBM, and i dont know what they talking about. At least, they confirm i got some product review. And i think it is good for us to sell the product in Amazon
