Can anyone wxplain why amazon wont accept my invoice? (attached)
Im not sure what category to post this in
(ignore the date) As you can see below it says that it is proforma which I don't think amazon allows.
What type of invoice do I need? or what type of invoice can I request? A corporate invoice?

Amazon won’t accept pro forma invoices normally as these are supplied prior to someone actually receiving the goods (or even having paid for them) Amazon want to see you have paid and received the goods.
I would assume you would get an invoice on purchase? I’d note the invoice above (which you should remove with al those personal details in it). Only says pro forma in your address, is it actually a pro forma?

You were correct, Pro-Forma invoices are not accepted as per Amazon Policy.

I am going through the same issue, Amazon requested invoices and photos of the product, I provided official documentation from the manufacturer and comprehensive photos but they keep rejecting them. Over the years Amazon have become more and more difficult to deal with, instead of progressing they seem to be regressing.
