Hello, my seller account was first suspended and then reactivated. And suspended again. There are no products and nothing else in my account. I was selling in North America and was going to start selling in the UK. I entered my information and it asks for documents such as Invoice, Business license to my account. I send it but it automatically rejects it. I can't open a case, it closes it automatically. There is no search button. This is ridiculous, I send everything requested but I can't overcome the problem.
Amazon really needs dedicated staff in specific departments to genuinely assist sellers, rather than just sending the same automated replies over and over.
It would be beneficial if each or some of the mods on these boards had an expertise in certain departments (A2Z's, Branding, feedback removal and so on) that many sellers have problems with, instead of being Jack or Jill's of all trades, masters of none. If they were experts there would be less of the passing problems up the chain of command to never be heard of again.

Do we actually need yet another moderator coming on this forum asking sellers what their problems are? We have recently had a spate of moderator posts telling us they want to help us with problems. Unfortunately I can see no sign of anything constructive actually being done. You only need to trawl through the posts from regular contributors over the last few years to know what the major problems are.

Im going to offer to line amazons pockets by offering them up to £200 per calendar month for a dedicated account manager to resolve the queries i put forward.. i really dont need someone that writes down the same msg i can send in an email please.

Why are Amazon still taking funds from our standard orders cleared payments for for A-Z claims, when they are already holding thousands of pounds under the deferred payments scheme? is this not what they are holding all this money for? should these type of holding funds not come out of the funds that they are already holding for this type of claim.
