Meltable ASIN'S

In recent weeks, we have faced an unexpected situation: four of our products have been flagged by Amazon as "meltable." This categorization means that these items cannot be stored in Amazon's fulfillment centers during certain times of the year — especially during warmer seasons — to prevent them from being damaged before reaching the final customer.

We understand and appreciate Amazon’s focus on ensuring a great customer experience, and of course, we share your commitment to delivering high-quality products in optimal condition. However, in this particular case, our products have been specifically designed and tested to withstand temperatures well above Amazon's meltable standards (155°F / 68°C resistance).

What is most frustrating is that, in previous instances, we were able to have these very same products removed from the meltable category after proving their resistance and compliance with the required standards. That is why we don’t understand why our current requests are being denied without a clear technical explanation.

This type of situation not only causes operational delays and increases handling costs, but also affects the availability of our products for customers on Amazon.

We hope Amazon can review these cases with greater technical accuracy and consistency, allowing products that truly meet the requirements to not be affected by automatic misclassification or incorrect evaluations.

Greetings @Seller_ORCi7EtELlAp8,

And thank you for raising this issue here on the forums, I can understand the frustration it has caused. Do you have the case ID for your Seller Support contact regarding this issue? I would like to investigate this further and review the ASINs to determine how best I can assist. Thank you!

- Bryce
