I have recently signed up for SFP and got my first order so I have used Amazon Buy Shipping to get the label.
However, after it printed it is very blurry. I cannot even read my return address and the barcode isn’t clear at all. I had selected ‘Print as PDF with Packing Slip’ when I printed it so I thought I would try to reprint using the PNG option.
I have gone to the order, selected ‘Reprint Label’ - and nothing happens. I just get taken back to my ‘Unshipped Orders’ screen (which is annoying in itself - why not stay on this particular Order page?)
I honestly do not think the label printed is good enough (its nowhere near as dark or defined as when I print labels from Click & Drop) but I cannot reprint. What am I doing wrong?

It is a bit hit and miss with Reprint Label option but just check and mine is working fine so better you retry after some time.
Are you using a thermal printer or regular printer?
PNG was even poorer for me on Zebra thermal printer so I changed to Label with .ZPl and it worked like a charm.
For other label printers, If you open the PDF file in Acrobat and go to Edit > Take a Screenshot and select the area around the label and then try to print it. This was I managed to print it little bit better.
Yes my PDF files are associated with Acrobat but as I said when I clicked print the label printed without the file being downloaded.
Eventually (dont ask me how) I found a Buy Shipping option in the order details itself (on the main Manage Orders page there was still no buy shipping button as according to Amazon the order was Shipped even though the label had been cancelled).
So I tried buying a new label and this time selected the ZPL format for the label. However, this time nothing was printed. I tried clicking ‘Repint Label’ and again just got sent back to my unshipped orders page with no label being printed. I then tried uninstalling and reinstalling Amazon Print Connect, re-booting my computer and reprinting the label and same as before nothing was printed.
I then tried using Internet Explorer instead of Chrome browser but exact same result.
In the end I uninstalled Amazon Print Connect and tried reprinting label. This time the ZPL file was downloaded to my computer and I sent it to the Zebra printer myself and finally got the label printed in a decent resolution.
