Turning off Free Returns for wrong size
In the past few weeks Amazon are giving free returns for any reason and charging me more than I pay for the original postage when sending the item.
I used to offer free returns for damaged or wrong items sent, only, so I rarely had any returns.
Now I can get returns when people select 2 different sizes and return the one they don’t want, rather than them being careful in the selection or asking me to confirm dimensions.
I cannot see anywhere that I can de-select free returns for wrong size.
Please can anyone tell me how to do it ?
I am not FBA nor Prime seller.

is it clothing ?..
if it is, you have to offer free returns
if it isn’t, amazon will still provide the prepaid returns labels however, if its buyer remorse , you can deduct the postage label cost from the refund

As others have stated clothing has needed free returns for awhile - even for buyer remorse.
However, I can confirm if you send a RM Tracked Returns label then you will ony be charged by RM if it is used.
Unfortunately, since Amazon introduced the Prepaid Return Label Program many buyers use teh label given to them by Amazon and not any included in the parcel - which is annoying as the RM one is cheaper (£2.53 compared to Amazon £3.30). They have really screwed us clothing sellers over with that policy.

Keep in mind though, it’s the clothing “category”. So if for whatever reason the item is not in that category, you will likely be able to deduct the cost of the label, when you process the refund. It’s all there if you take a look into a return you have open currrently. A box that says “charge label”
