Read onlyYou can now recover up to 80% of your product value from unfulfilled customer returns through the FBA Grade and Resell programme.
This programme automatically evaluates and lists your returned items in used condition. You have full control over pricing without any programme fees (we’ll provide 60 days notice before introducing any fees).
This service is currently available to sellers in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic and Poland.

We tried this but most of the grade and resell products were returned as defective. What training do your staff receive that gives them the skills needed to decide whether a product is in good enough condition to resell?
To improve accountability and reduce misuse of our return policy, I’d like to clarify and expand on our current processes:
Product Serial Number Verification:
Current Practice: We record serial numbers (where available) to validate warranty claims and identify counterfeit/fraudulent returns.
Amazon FBA vs. FBM: Fraudulent returns are far more frequent with FBA due to Amazon’s automated processing, whereas FBM allows sellers to inspect items pre-restock. How can we replicate FBM’s inspection rigor for FBA returns?
Proposed Focus: Could we formalize cross-checking serial numbers during returns to ensure the item sent is the same one being returned? Match product with pictures to ensure its same make/model, etc. This would directly address substitution risks. or where a year old product is replaced with a brand new and visual inspection can simply make it right. This physical check would help sellers in the fake claims and massively reduce a-z robot rejections.
I hope all make sense and common sense would prevail in any of your policy implementations
